CUSTOMER EVALUATION KTN – LONG SON PETROCHEMICAL COMPLEX PROJECT
The Long Son Petrochemical Complex Project ( or also known as Southern Petrochemical Complex) was started construction in February 2018 in Ba Ria-Vung Tau. This is the first integrated petrochemical complex in Vietnam and is considered a key project of SCG Group in general and the petrochemical industry of SCG Group in particular. The project is not only a petrochemical production complex but also other infrastructures
POSCO E&C Company (PEC) from Korea is one of the main contractors of the Long Son project. PEC contractor chooses fire pump with very high criteria from fire pump manufacturers & products and services from domestic suppliers. Through many interviews about production and supply capacity, PENTAIR FAIRBANKS NIJHUIS & KTN has been selected by PEC as a manufacturer & supplier of 8 sets of turbine vertical fire pumps with a flow rate of 1136 M3/hr, pressure 140 M for Long Son Petrochemical Complex project. PENTAIR FAIRBANKS NIJHUIS is a pump manufacturer with a history of more than 100 years of manufacturing pumps with 2 factories located in USA & Netherlands. KTN is a PENTAIR fire pumps distributor in Vietnam since 2001 and has also installed thousands of fire pumps for over 300 projects.
